I love the Super Smash Bros Series and it will always have a big ol’ spot in my heart. I’ve spent countless hours playing this game with my friends, family, and loved ones, and it has even become the cause of many new friendships. My only reason for buying the Wii was because of Brawl and I don’t regret that decision one bit. With all the character’s from my favorite childhood games, Super Smash Bros will always preserve my childhood and give me the nostalgic rush I got from playing it the very first time 13 years ago.
I play the Super Smash Bros. series for the single-player modes.
Bramble Blast must be one of the best songs from a video game soundtrack I’ve ever heard in my life.
I’m a little worried for the new Super Smash Bros, simply because I don’t think we’ll be able to use the Gamecube controllers to play it. The Gamecube controller is PERFECT for Smash Bros.
"I have never felt closer to my brother and cousin then when we used to play Super Smash Bros. I wish all the time that we could go back to those days when we spent whole afternoons just battling each other non-stop and not worrying about anything else except hitting each other off the edge."
SSBB and the entire series have made me happier and happier each time. Everytime I’m upset or have problems. I set back with my friends and fight away my problems on this game for the entire night. I will never forget the series and I will forever thank it for what it has done for me in terms of entertainment and sustenance.
I hate it when people say they “love Fire Emblem”! When all they’ve played is Super Smash Brothers.
I don’t get the whole love-in that everyone seems to have with the Mario franchise. I’d much rather play a game that has a real plot behind it; i.e. Mass Effect, Elder Scrolls IV, rather than submit myself to the tedium of controlling a guy who does the same thing in every game.
Super Smash Bros Melee was for me the best game ever. It just brings back so many memories of my child hood playing with my family and being shocked when a new unlockable character comes outta nowhere.
