I have played every game that has ever been attached to the Bioware name. All of them. I have loved them all, and played them to completion, up to and including Dragon Age 2.  Dragon Age 2 was such a slap in the face, that I haven’t even started playing Mass Effect 2, and am not sure I want to.

My favorite part of Mass Effect 2 is what EDI says if you probe Uranus.

Mordin’s death is one the most heartbreaking moments I’ve ever seen in any form of media, be it game, movie, or book.

So I love Mass Effect and I’ve had 6 playthroughs, and while I’ve romanced Kaiden (once, for the achievement!), in Mass Effect 2 I ALWAYS romance Garrus. I love his character and I find that his romance is well-written. However, I also like Thane and the way that he’s written. Both are great characters. But… the one time I tried to romance Thane instead of Garrus I ended up choosing, “I can’t love a dying man,” *wince* and I ran back to the ship battery and romanced Garrus instead… *facepalm* Guess I love Garrus and his calibrations more!

I hated how, in Mass Effect 2, the deep, immersive atmosphere of the Citadel in ME1 was reduced to what’s ultimately a three-story shopping mall.

Sometimes while playing Mass Effect 2, I go to Lower Afterlife and just sit there, listening to the music for ages.

The Mass Effect series is one of my favourites, especially Mass Effect 2. The story is so awesome and the characters are charismatic, there’s all the drama around the Reapers and stuff. I can’t not love this game.
