Honestly, I prefer the more cartoon-y graphics of games like Final Fantasy XIII and Ratchet and Clank to the more realistic ones of Call of Duty and L.A. Noire.

I’m sad they cancelled the Ultimate Alliance series. The 2nd one was such a let down compared to the first and it would have been nice for them to fix a lot of their flaws from part 2. Someone please bring it back!

Let’s try something different for submissions here

I want to try a little something for the way you guys send us submissions.
Only use the SUBMIT link, not the ASK.

Again SUBMIT! Not ASK!

In the title box, you put the name of the game, even if it has a number if you want to be more specific, and then in brackets [ ] put either SPOILER or POSSIBLE SPOILER if you think it may contain a spoiler for a recent game.

EX.   MAX PAYNE 3 [SPOILER]
        Confession goes in next area. 

We here at MGC will SPOILER HIDE new games that have been released in the past 4, FOUR, months, no more.
It is not our job or duty to keep everything hidden from games that have been around for a long time either.  If you have never gotten around to playing a game that’s maybe a year or more old, that is your problem, not ours.
And if you still haven’t played a game, such as Mass Effect 2 OR 3, again that’s your problem, but if it’s not submitted the way I just suggested, with [SPOILER], then we will not hide it. 

By doing it this way, it’ll make things easier for us, and it’ll keep our inbox clear of Anon hate mail from those who do not have the game because they waited too long.

So, I will put this new form of submitting in the FAQ area.
If submissions still come into the ask area, they still better have the game title, and if it has a spoiler it better state so as well.

I always get sad when I find someone who loves Heavy Rain and finds it so different to anything else they’ve played, yet hasn’t even heard of Fahrenheit. It’s one of the greatest games I’ve ever had the pleasure of playing. I own it across three different platforms and I play it regularly even now, seven years after its release. I just wish it got the recognition it deserves.
